Petitions out for increased education funding

Students might be asked to sign a petition to convince the State Legislature of the importance of higher education funding.
The petition cards come from Education First, a political action committee that works to increase education funding in Utah.
“By 2020, two-thirds of all jobs in Utah will require post-secondary certificates or degrees,” according to Education First’s website. “Utah must provide access to higher education for all qualified students.”
